After a week of summer vacation for the employees, the Pierce factory re-opened on July 12th and work resumed on the new rescue truck.  The eighth photo update shows alot of progress on the new rig in just a week's time. 

Shelving, trays and other compartment items are being added.  The roll-up doors have been installed.  Less obvious is all the work on the electrical systems and other "internal" components.

The truck is still scheduled for completion by August 3rd, so a little over two weeks remains.  Stay tuned for additional updates.
