The sixth factory photo update was received today from Pierce.

The body work and painting has been completed, and the body was then mounted to the chassis.  The rescue was then moved the rescue plant where it will be outfitted and completed.  A whole lot of work has been completed in just six weeks.

Members of the rig committee will travel to Pierce next week (7/1 and 7/2) to conduct a mid-build inspection and evaluate the progress firsthand.  This gives us the opportunity to correct any issues before construction progresses any further.

The new rescue was purchased for the Squad by Raritan Township, and the construction is the culmination of over five years of planning and research.
